Need some work done on a ruby-on-rails project

This task is for ruby on rails work, with emphasis on design! Bonus points if you are comfortable doing mockups in Adobe. In order to apply for this job, please answer the following question: what is 28 ÷ 3 − 8 ? And write the answer in your application.

Even though I'll be there to answer your questions, you should be comfortable coding, and comfortable with the ruby stack! Before starting, I'll ask you to install this open-source project locally, and take a screenshot of your copy running on localhost:3000. It should take you 5-20 minutes to do so.
