Current Todo
- devops nagios - fix it!
- devops install smt on a vm locally, so I can strace and stress it.
- devops move the wiki to lb
- devops figure out which of the two db nodes I should destroy
- kill off all nodes, move to docker
- need to move wiki_wasya to lb, or docker
- let's kill node app_157
- deploy m3 to docker, bye-bye ec2
- redirect service - for tgm, notable articles, etc...
