"success is more difficult than failure. The idea is that you make decisions 10 times faster, are 10 times more productive, and waste 10 times less time than when you aren't successful. Sounds like hard work? It is.

They say you are the average of 5 people you spend the most time with. Who are the five people you spend the majority of your time with? They are the ones that most influencer your behavior.

Some days, I wake up with an interesting thought. Sometimes during the day, a thought occurs to me which is interesting and appears true and useful. I try to collect such thoughts into a coherent catalog, learn from them and practice the insight I receive. Also, to remember your dreams, do not move in the morning, and lay there motionless analyzing or formalizing your dream. As soon as you move, hormones and endomorphines flood your body, and the sensation of the dream dissipates.

The name of the game is increasing operational capacity. Be able to do more things, better and faster and more efficiently. The name of the game is also increasing attention span. I catch myself when my attention drifts away; unfortunately it's pretty low right now at less than 10 minutes. I'm working on increasing my attention span to >10min, before increasing it to even longer durations.
